內(nèi)容摘要：
In this talk, we shall introduce the details of the virtual element method, including its construction and differences from the finite element method. Then, benefiting from its advantages of mesh and discrete function space, we apply the virtual element method to solve the viscoelasticity problem and the linear fluid-solid problem, respectively.
主講人介紹：
王剛，西北工業(yè)大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)院副教授。2018年博士畢業(yè)于西安交通大學(xué)。主要從事偏微分方程的虛擬元、間斷元理論及其在多區(qū)域多物理場(chǎng)耦合問(wèn)題中的研究，主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目、中國(guó)博士后基金面上項(xiàng)目等，在CMAME、JSC、IJNME、IMAJNA等期刊上發(fā)表文章多篇。
